Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Items must include all tags, accessories, and documentation
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Pack the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked
  4. Ship the item to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
